Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy The RiverRoad Way

Understanding EDI through a different lens. Inclusion for everybody, by everybody.

Clouds

Equity, diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work can be empowering and impactful for the individuals, teams and leaders involved.

The trouble is, often it’s not and at RiverRoad we think it’s time for that to change. The last few years have taught many of us to be a bit scared of the EDI agenda. Whether that’s because you’re from a minority or under-represented community and people think you have all the answers; or because you’re not and you don’t want to get it wrong or make a misstep.

But when we get it right – together – something a little bit magical happens. And not just in the workplace and in your teams, but in the world around you, with your clients and in your networks.

For us at RiverRoad the future of EDI is not standalone diversity training, or demographic specific strategies. EDI comes to life when organisations are willing to reimagine their ways of working, what they value and who they are.

Our clients have the ambition and vision to design diverse communities into the future of their business, and it’s a joy to take them on that journey.

Antoinette’s was my favourite session of the summit. She was engaging and raised some thought provoking oversight to inclusivity. I would recommend her to anyone seeking out speakers on this subject.

I have been to other [DE&I] training and I can honestly say this was the best. The reason is that not only did Antoinette clearly know her stuff and her background was directly relevant, she has also make the effort to speak with [HR lead] to understand the issues.
